The King’s School is subject to 3 yearly OFSTED inspections. The last inspection took place at the end of 2007. The inspectors praised the school, describing it as a ‘good school with some outstanding features.’ They commented about how effective teaching and a good curriculum enabled pupils to make good progress academically and excellent progress in their personal development. The provision for spiritual, moral, social and cultural development was described as ‘outstanding’ by the inspectors – who noted that ‘pupils are happy, enjoy coming to school and have very positive attitudes to learning.’ Behaviour at the school was described as ‘good’ and racial harmony as a ‘key strength.’ To download a full copy of the report, please click here. |
